We are a small team with years of experience in business and property. We oversee the management, growth and development of our own portfolio of real estate — industrial, retail, office and residential land.
Eddie brings over forty years of experience owning and running businesses across the engineering and property sectors. He founded his own company in the compressed air industry and built it from the ground up into a nationwide operation, growing to fifteen sites and 140 staff before successfully selling the business in 2014.
Since then, Eddie has turned his focus to real estate, building a portfolio of industrial and retail properties with the same drive and hands-on approach that shaped his earlier success. He is also active in residential land development, and always on the lookout for new opportunities to grow and invest.
Annie oversees a diverse portfolio of buildings, managing every stage of the tenancy lifecycle — from leasing and lease negotiations through to tenant relations, fit-out coordination, and ongoing compliance. Her broad commercial background, including a former role as CFO for a large privately owned company, gives her a sharp eye for the financial and operational detail that underpins a well-run portfolio.
Annie takes a hands-on approach, working closely with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure every property under her care runs smoothly and holds its value over the long term.
