About Us

Eddie Simpson is a director with over 40 years of experience in owning and running businesses in the engineering and property sectors.  Originally from Christchurch Eddie climbed the ladder in the hire industry and moved the family to Auckland. After seeing a gap in the market, he started his own company in the compressed air industry and built it up to 15 national sites with 140 staff. When the company sold in 2014 Eddies focus changed to real estate and growing a portfolio of industrial and retail properties. More recently residential land development has also been added to the portfolio.

Annie Zaloum is a director and brings 25 years of management accounting and administration skills to the team. After a stint in the travel industry Annie moved into office administration and slowly progressed her way to CFO of a large privately owned company.      Annie works along side Eddie,  dealing directly with the tenants and overseeing the day to day maintenance and compliance of all  properties and well as administration and accounting.
